I thoroughly enjoyed Parting Ways. It hit home with me when it addressed my own doubts and questions about really large religious organizations. I love that the main character had to deal with so many conflicts within himself and that he did not take the easy way out and just go with the flow. He listened to his heart and the message that he felt God was sending to him and was able to resolve his conflicts over doctrine and actual biblical content. I think that what I loved most was that the book pointed out these issues that I have never actually seen acknowledged before. Read it!
